Tip #1 - DRINK LOTS OF WATER

Start drinking much more water than you do already (at least 3 liters per day)Naturally, when the body is not supplied with the amount of water it needs, it goes into "alert mode" and begins to store more water. Drinking lots will result in a much lower amount of water remaining in your system - just the necessary minimum, as the body will quickly get used to the fact that water is available and not scarce.

This process happens quickly - the body will begin to accumulate less water immediately. You should lose at least 4 pounds within 3-4 days if you are drinking the specified amount. An extra benefit of drinking lots of water is that it speeds up your metabolism - allowing for more calories and fat to burn. In addition to eliminating retained water weight, it will help suppress your appetite to some extent.


This was the tip that made me start seeing some results and motivated me to learn about weight loss three years ago, hence I am sharing this with you. The idea of drinking a lot of water may not sound very appealing, but it most certainly works :) So do it!



Tip #2 - ELIMINATE BEVERAGES & CERTAIN FOODS

Eliminate all beverages from your diet except for water. This includes sodas, energy drinks and even most juices. These drinks are packed with calories and preservatives that make it difficult to achieve weight loss.

You should also eliminate white flour and sugary foods - these include bread, pasta, cake, candy bars, etc. Add boiled eggs, chicken breast and lots of fruits and vegetables to your diet. Reduce your serving sizes and eat 5-6 regular-sized meals per day.
